Hey, this week was probably the most stressful week of my life. We had a zone conference with president and he gave us a ton of help on how to contact better and how to avoid repeating the same thing over and over again. I don't know why but this week all of our investigators did not show up to church and our mission leader disappeared. I don't know why we didn't have a baptism and our members-- I wanted to strangle. We had FOUR people READY FOR BAPTISM AND ONE OF OUR MEMBERS BLEW IT!!! She offended all of them and they don't want anything to do with the church. I was so angry. Elder Aranda and I were really stressed out but to tell you the truth, WE SURVIVED HAHA! Also this week I received the package. No, the bread was not moldy and, MOM, I MISS YOUR COOKING! haha but seriously. Thank you all so much for what you have done for me. Your
prayers I can feel them and thank you.
This week I learned a ton about having the spirit and obedience vs obligation. In our mission we have to be obedient or pretty much we get a bad rep. I felt like I was obligated to be obedient and that then I would have more success in the mission; however, it is not so. When we are 100 percent obligated we don't feel the love for the Savior and we don't have the spirit with us.This is something that really hit me hard this week. This week I felt obligated to be obedient so we could have success in the mission and we struggled a lot. When we are 100% obedient for the love of Christ and when we listen to the spirit, we have the power of God. It is a huge
difference.
I know that this church is true. I love my Savior and what he has done for me and I want my family to know love them more than ever before. Oh Anocios! rules have changed and, yes, I can now write to
whomever-- friends family cual quier persona!! So, family, please send me more mail!
