Our Week was soooo haarrrddd. We had a major problem with our contacts giving us fake addresses. Also, Elder Aranda has been really sick lately too; he has thrown up a lot. Poor guy. However, he is tough and he wants to work more than anything, and he hates being bored.
No, I have not gotten a letter from Kinsie this week. The mission office holds our stuff until we ask for it then they send it by pouch mail. I will respond as fast as I can to the (credit/debit card) fraud thing. I do not have a telephone but my president knows, so all is well.
I have actually put on a little muscle, Mom. I have been working really hard in the mornings. ANNA, STOP BREAKING YOURSELF!!! Child! Almost every letter I get you have a new injury. Que paso!
Okay, so we had some awesome experiences this week with our investigators. We have one investigator; her name is Paula and she has enough attendance at church so we can baptize her. However, every time we set a date she falls through. We asked her why she hasn't come to church lately and why she has had a problem with commitments. She told us that she wants to get baptized, but one of the past missionaries was very blunt with her and she feels lonely at church. BUT SHE WANTS TO GET BAPTIZED WHOOO-HOOO! We have a date and we told her that all is well and the other missionary was really in the wrong, but whoo-hoo another baptism--so excited.

We had a really bad day yesterday. Okay, first we were told to fill the baptismal font for baptisms that day. However, the missionaries in our ward DID NOT have a baptism set... We got chewed out for being obedient haha.... second, we didn't have a single investigator show up to church... third, it rained like crazy and, no, we didn't have jackets... fourth, Elder Aranda got a call saying that the last elders did not shut off the gas for the baptismal font, so now we don't have any... fifth, Elder Aranda started throwing up again. Talk about bad luck haha, but seriously it was one of the funnest days in the mission. I don't know what it is about rain, but I love it! We were soaked from head to toe.
We have so many investigators that can be baptized; they just need to show up.
Family, I thought of you often since it was Dad's birthday. For your information, yes, I miss you to death but I can't tell you how much I love you all. Dad, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! You are one year away from being officially old :) Derrick Aitken quote. I also realized how blessed we are to have the plan of salvation. This plan is amazing, and thanks to Jesus Christ, our savior, we can be cleansed from sin and return to our Father in Heaven. I miss you all, and Thank You for the stuff!!
