New Area, New Comp, and New Responsibilities

Dear Family,

Well, everything has been amazing. This last week was super hard, but we had a lot of success. We got about 5 people to church and our baptism for familia Osconga is next week. However, today is cambios. I am now with Elder Gonzalez in a different area so I will not be there for the baptisms. A poco triste, but I am so excited for them to write me in the mission. I also received fantastic news. I am TRAINING. Elder Gonzalez is my boy!!! I am his "mom" in the mission. Also, I received the lovely news that I am the Lider de Distrito.  AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! I am so nervous, but I know that God has commanded me to do it so I know I can.

This new area I am in is called Atlatlauco.  Yeah, try saying that five times fast. It's in Metepec and well, this area is the highest baptizing zone in the mission. I am super excited and super scared as I have to step up to the challenge.

Mom, I loved that never argue with children thing about the little girl and Jonah. I laughed so hard. I love hearing all the news from home. I can't believe how much has changed. I know I say that a lot but it is so true. I am glad things are getting better at home, and I will continue to pray for you all. Also may I just say, you got to hear from the 12 at regional conference! That is so awesome I wish that could happen here. I will gladly wait til October to hear from them.

Well, I know that this one isn't quite full of awesomeness but not a lot happened this week. Keep working hard. Keep making your testimony stronger. Keep the faith!!!
